Cottage Facilities Available

The price is fully inclusive and includes the following benefits:

- A nice bottle of wine in the fridge for you to enjoy, along with locally made crisps and milk for your first cups of tea and coffee.
- Dry store ingredients, including cooking oils, a small selection of tea, coffee and sugar to start you off when you arrive.
- There is a hot tub within the grounds of Swan Cottage (on the terrace, just in front of the cottage) for private use only by Swan Cottage guests. You will be able to relax in this fantastic hot tub during your stay with a glass of wine without any disruptions.
- An hour, per day swimming slot. Please note this swimming slot needs to be organised and booked through myself, Mary.
- Beautiful linen and soft, comfortable robes are provided, along with swimming towels and bathroom towels.

A breakfast package of locally produced bacon and sausages, as well as tomatoes, mushrooms, eggs and fresh bread (enough for 2 breakfast’s) can be booked prior to your stay at an additional cost. Please contact myself, Mary, for prices and to book this.

This beautifully converted old laundry, set in the grounds of Hill House, provides a luxury detached cottage with everything you need for a wonderful holiday. Designed to create a relaxing cosy atmosphere with spacious living flooded with natural light.

The bedroom, is furnished with a super king-size bed, which splits into two singles and is further enhanced with soft lighting and storage.

The luxury modern bathroom is a real highlight – with a bath and shower, robes, huge fluffy towels and Plum and Ashby's soaps and creams.

 The spacious kitchen, dining, sitting area is fully equipped with everything you could
possibly want – a real home from home (and if there is something you need that’s not there, we will endeavour to provide it).

The sitting room provides a comfy sofa for whiling away the hours reading or watching DVD’s. The underfloor heating keeps the living area cosy in the winter months. Equipped with WIFI, a Bluetooth speaker, books, DVDs, games, maps and magazines.

The exclusive outside terrace is the perfect place for a hearty al fresco supper by candlelight after a long day exploring. On the terrace you will find a BBQ and table & chairs, a pair of Adirondack comfortable wooden chairs and a hot tub.

Whether you spend the day sightseeing, walking the coastal paths or in the magical woodland nearby, there's no better way to end the day than with a glass of wine outside, looking at the stars, or just chilling in the hot tub.

The pool is available for your enjoyment for a one hour slot, per day, and is included in the listing price.  Should you wish to use the pool, please ensure you book your slot with the owners upon arrival.

 Picnic chairs, plates and a cool bag are provided too.
